We are proud of knowing where all our quality ingredients come from. We source locally and create and sell provenance brands.

From local Royale Highlands trout from Lesotho to Richard's meats cured from pigs raised in the Hemel and Aarde valley. Award winning Dalewood cheeses are hand crafted from milk from pasture fed cows and Didi's free range eggs are only available when its not too hot for the hens to lay!
