All the salmon that we serve on the menu and more - from fresh whole trout to fresh filleted portions of salmon and trout; lightly smoked to peppered hot smoked salmon and pates and terrines are all available to buy along with all the sauces served on our menu. Whatever we do not stock or may have sold out of in the day, may be ordered from us and delivered to our shop within 24 hours.
To accompany our salmon and breads, we have sourced the best of Franschhoek's olive oils, home made vinegars from Stellenbosch and wonderful preserves and grape jams from Simondium. We sell our famous SalmonBar salt - perfect with fish as well as a range of other natural South African salts. Our coffee - especially blended and roasted for the SalmonBar is also available in various grinds (beans, filter and espresso) in our deli. Fine teas and hot chocolates (all from the menu) are also available. |

| SalmonBar brand ambassadors are local Franschhoek residents who have a passion for their work and brand. All our restaurant staff have spent time at the trout hatchery, in the smokehouse and in the slicing and curing rooms of the Three Streams factory. They have intimate knowledge of their products and have undergone specialist industrial theatre training so that they may impart their knowledge to you in a confident and authoritative way.
Each staff member has a specific role to play in the smooth delivery of a wonderful brand experience. From wine ambassador to salmon, retail and bread ambassador, each has intimate, specialisat knowledghe of their area. Our baristas have received specialist training to be able to deliver a superior cup of coffee and the head baker and head chef are masters of their art. | |||||||||
